Support for Returning Home
We can assist with arrangements to help you return home from elsewhere in the UK:
- Coordinating travel logistics
- Providing support before, during and after your journey
- Assisting with transitions into familiar surroundings
Where appropriate, transport is provided as part of this wider support, with trained Community Support Companions present throughout to help you feel safe and confident.
Support After Injury or Unexpected Events
If you’ve had an injury, been in hospital, or experienced an unexpected situation away from home, we can help you:
- Get back into your home environment safely
- Manage belongings and settling-in routines
- Have support with any initial short-term needs
We focus on support and presence, not just moving you physically.
UK-Wide Assistance
We can support people returning home from locations across the UK, working with you or your representatives to plan the support needed for your situation.
Our Community Support Companions are with you for the whole experience, providing reassurance, practical help and supervision where required.
International Support
If you are abroad and wish to return home, we can discuss your needs and help coordinate support, including:
- Planning return travel
- Managing transitions
- Liaising with relevant contacts
This type of arrangement is bespoke and discussed case by case.
Accessible Transport
Our vehicle is wheelchair accessible with sliding doors and rear access, accompanied by a ramp and electric winch.
Safe and Comfortable Transport
Our vehicle has 2 full size passenger seats and plenty of room for a wheelchair, wether the customer is to remain in the wheelchair or just transport it, we have appropriate fittings and restraints.
Managing the Entire Journey
We can take care of every step from arranging accommodation and end to end transport including ferries and other means of transport.
Personalised & Caring
We really do care for every step, that’s why we will personalise the experience. It’s not a bother, we’ll happily go out the way to assist the weekly shopping for a comfortable settling back in.
