Our current fleet has 2 passenger seats plus a wheelchair.

No, we are assistants and companions therefore we are unable to provide certain care activities that fall under Care Quality Commission regulations, which include bathing, toileting, feeding and administering medication. However we can assist with most other general activities.

Absolutely, the vehicle has 2 passenger seats and space for a wheelchair. There is no additional costs.

No, we cannot provide a full cleaning package however we can provide help with household duties for example hoovering or wiping surfaces down.

Our vehicle can be used by guide dogs, therefore we kindly request you advise us of your requirements in advanced to ensure the vehicle is free from dog hairs and specifically cleaned prior. There is no additional charge for this.

Yes. However whilst in the vehicle, our driver must be able to remain distraction free therefore under certain conditions we may require the passenger/carer to be accompanied.

Currently we service Rayleigh, Benfleet, Hadleigh, Thundersley, Leigh-on-Sea, Hockley and Hullbridge however where available we can cover local areas including Southend and Basildon.

We can leave our operational area for example a journey to Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. However all journeys should either start or finish in our operational area without occurring additional fees.

Well most likely be able to accommodate most requests, our goal really is just to provide those that wish or need additional assistance with the best possible service to help improve their quality of life and maintain independence.
