Support Tiers

Before accepting any request, we check eligibility to ensure the right level of support is offered safely and appropriately.

How eligibility is decided

We take time to understand:

the type of support needed
any physical, sensory, cognitive, or communication needs
whether use of our vehicle is genuinely required
whether support can be provided safely and appropriately

Support references

If support is approved, you’ll be issued a Support Reference confirming:

your approved tier (SB, TS, or EA)
what type of support can be provided
whether vehicle use is included

Support is approved under one of three tiers, depending on individual need.

Your choice

Being approved at a tier doesn’t mean you have to proceed.

Some people decide the support offered isn’t right for them — and that’s okay.
