Our service is for people who need extra support with everyday activities, either at home or when participating in community life (such as shopping, appointments, or social outings), where a standard taxi or private hire vehicle would not be safe or suitable.

Support may be needed due to a temporary or long-term health condition, injury, or change in circumstances – This includes conditions that affect your independence, confidence, or ability to manage activities safely

If your answers suggest our service may be appropriate, you’ll be invited to complete a Care & Transport Assessment, where we’ll look at your needs in more detail before any journeys are agreed.

If a standard taxi would be suitable for you, we’ll let you know so you can choose the most appropriate option.
